Predictions of Triple Demand for AI Computing Power by 2030

A great article well timed after our NAIOP Colorado event in last month (May 2025) about mission critical developments. Well written and informative when compounded with the information from our amazing panel at that event.

Obviously, those of us in real estate are missing out on business opportunities, but our communities are missing out on great property tax income that can be spent on schools, parks, etc. There are of course plenty of arguments about the ROI on these assets, but "trillions" of dollars of investment by 2030 sounds like the opportunity cost on potential tax revenue is quite high for us here in Colorado.
