HighView Hosts Inaugural Summer Institute

Last week, HighView hosted their inaugural Summer Institute -- a three-day launch of our expanded college program and a powerful first look at where we're headed next.Students dug into the real skills that shape career launch: building social capital, communicating with confidence, understanding workplace norms, and learning how opportunity moves through relationships long before a job is ever posted.What made the week exceptional was how this cohort of returning and new HighView college students truly raised the bar.They asked sharp questions, stepped outside their comfort zones, practiced live with 35+ professionals from Denver's leading companies, absorbed feedback in real time, and immediately applied what they learned. An enormous thank you to Adobe and Devon Coronado for so generously hosting us and bringing next-level energy and connection to the experience.


And thank you to every volunteer, speaker, and facilitator who made these three days happen, including our event sponsor Collegiate Peaks Bank, Division of Glacier Bank! For students, this week was the first step in a carefully built path from academic talent to high-opportunity career.
