Housed Working Healthy takes a revolutionary three-pronged approach: combining stable housing, mental health support, and employment training. In 2020, they launched their flagship culinary program, partnering with Emily Griffith Technical College to offer top-tier training. The following year marked a significant milestone with the opening of the Ft Logan Eatery, a dual-purpose facility serving as both a training ground for our students and a beloved community restaurant.

Coming Soon: Associates in Eye Care
Associates in Eye Care occupied multiple suites in an office building, creating inefficiencies for staff and a less-than-ideal customer experience. With their lease expiring, they were ready for an upgrade and turned to Perry Bacalis, Ally Medical. After considering options, they unanimously agreed to move to a high-rise in Glendale, Colorado, which offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Denver. Going from a low-rise building to this invigorating environment will transform the atmosphere with abundant natural light.

Project Worthmore, The Roots
Since 2011, Project Worthmore has been serving Colorado’s refugee community as they navigate life in a new home. In 2021, Project Worthmore purchased the building that houses our offices and is now planting “Roots”, a hub for newcomers to gather, receive support, healthcare, and build community. The renovations include ADA compliance, the addition of solar panels, a roof replacement, a new entry, and a building envelope. The dignified space will align with Project Worthmore’s mission to serve newcomers with respect.
The design by Quintessence Design Group renovates the Project Worthmore facility and adds an atrium. The redevelopment will enable Project Worthmore to offer new services and assist more people. GHD Anchorage
The GHD Anchorage project called for design modifications to accommodate outdoor temperatures in plenum spaces. Of course, our mechanical engineering partners always create a functioning system that accounts for outdoor temps coming through HVAC systems, but the concerns here with the low temperatures they experience are quite a bit different than in more temperate climates.
The concern was, on those very cold days, to make sure the convection cold transfer through the building wouldn't be too great. That's next-level, cold temps!

Clearview Dermatology
ZanonePM has served as Owner's Representative to Clearview Dermatology helping them with four facilities: Arvada 2021 (lease-to-own), Evergreen 2023 (leased in a high-slope, wood-framed structure), Littleton 2023 (in a traditional MOB facility), and we are currently working on a new build in Broomfield, which will open in 2027.
Each facility is designed to invite the outdoors in, a critical piece of Clearview branding. Green walls, a healthy amount of live plants, and water features are a few elements that create a relaxing environment.
The Broomfield location expands upon the outdoors-inside theme with extra-large windows, exterior “dark” lighting designed to reduce light pollution and preserve the night sky. A solar installation is also being planned.

Quality Bicycle Parts - Stream Realty
Zanone Project Management contracted with Stream Realty as their Denver Construction Management partner. The landlord led the spec suite design work for the two suites in two separate buildings on the campus. With her extensive experience in project management, Jessica Koch, Senior Project Manager, eagerly took on the Colorado Logistic Park projects.
One of the owners, Quality Bicycle Parts (QBP), is assembling and shipping orders from the warehouse. Steve Flagg and Mary Henrickson started QBP in 1981 to source the best bike products for bike shops that needed them. QBP quickly became synonymous with logistical excellence, which led to a reputation for reliability in the industry.
As the company continued to grow, employees carried on the original culture of improvement and creativity. Today, QBP is more than a bicycle company—it’s an industry leader in distribution, education, advocacy, and product innovation.

Rainbow Dome
Rainbow Dome is a rising queer- and sober-centric hub for roller skating, entertainment, and art – and it recently found a permanent home at 1660 Federal Blvd., just west of Empower Field. Previously, Rainbow Dome was a pop-up operation, emerging like a Technicolor fever dream to provide on-demand roller skating at places like Sun Valley Night Markets or Adams County Pride celebrations.
Mile High United Way Tamara M. Sparks Early Learning Center
Located at Mile High United Way’s headquarters in Denver's Curtis Park, the new center is operated by Mile High Early Learning and provides early care and education for nearly 60 children ages six weeks to 5 years, as well as workforce development opportunities for educators and wraparound support for families. At least 70% of the slots are reserved for families eligible for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program.
Mortenson, the general contractor, faced the challenge of transforming the existing space, including converting a parking lot into a playground. The Historic Taylor Mansion, near the Colorado State Capitol, at 945 N. Pennsylvania Street, was renovated to provide Hadden, Morgan, and Foreman, P.C., with their next office space. The Mansion offers everything the law firm was looking for – historical integrity with the comforts of a modern home.

A strategic change was made to locate in downtown Denver which created the opportunity to reinvent their current space at the time and prepare it for sublease.
ZanonePM and our vendor partners pivoted right alongside the EdgeCore team to redesign the space to a reduced price point for construction but maintain a level of finish expected for potential subtenants at this location with the amazing views of the Flatirons. This was accomplished within the framework of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, which met the established financial goals.

GHD - Montreal
GHD, a global multidisciplinary professional services network for the built environment, had outgrown its office space in Montreal, Quebec, and wished to relocate to a new location downtown near the International District. The GHD leadership sought to create a premium space with a modern architectural style, refined lighting, and custom furniture. The design they envisioned would reinforce the company’s branding and market position while providing the best furniture, fixtures, and equipment to support its staff in a healthy environment.
The design, produced by Groupe Arc Design, engineering firm Planifitech, and furniture supplier AtWork, resulted in a dynamic and inviting workplace where approximately ninety staff can work privately and collaboratively. The design incorporates ash trees recently harvested by the City of Montreal, allowing GHD to expand its North American building standards. Incorporating locally sourced custom wood furniture accentuates the unique style of Quebec.
Upon entering the break room, located at the corner of the footprint, guests are greeted with inspiring views of Mount Royal and the St. Lawrence River. The work was accomplished with a primarily local vendor team and some assistance from Google Translate, bridging the gap between French and English.

Zanone Project Management served as owner’s representative to numerous projects for GHD across North America. The Chicago metro location was completed in 2023 and provided an opportunity for the design to deviate from the standard and allow the workplace team to provide for an open to structure look with the beautiful waffle concrete structure.
As is the case with all GHD locations, ZPM facilitated the design, construction, network cabling, AV, move management, FF&E, and security systems within the facility utilizing both local and national standardized vendor partners.

CirclePoint Park
NBC Metropolitan District and its members were interested in activating the existing CirclePoint Park in 2021 after the Covid pandemic. The concept was to provide spaces for outdoor work/meeting environments, areas to relax and enjoy the Colorado sun, and items to play with such as the artificial turf putting green.
The end result is a park with an extensive amount of seating with concrete benches and furniture seating all in a space that is used to all the live, work environment that is CirclePoint.
Zanone Project Management represented the District from conceptual design through construction completion. The Park serves the community, including surrounding commercial spaces and residential housing in an urban design.

Core Dermatology
Core Dermatology was previously in two separate suites in the same building which was a byproduct of their flourishing and growing practice. With their leases expiring, they were interested in consolidating to a single suite and considering new locations within their submarket. We served them as full service owner’s representative for design, construction, cabling, AV, furniture, and move management. The space has a warm and welcoming reception area with soft edges on desks and great flow for customers and employees alike. Partners included Cornerstone Computer Solutions, M&J Wilkow. Ltd., and ALLY Medical Partners.

The phased expansion transformed the property into a new building with a new landlord team for this fast growing tech company backed by one of the world’s largest electronics companies.
SPM scope of work included selection and implementation of all furniture, A/V, IT, and move management while providing oversight and direction to landlord’s design and construction teams.
The design creates various “neighborhoods” to identify separate sales teams with real-time updates for both individual and team sales to create an incredibly fun and competitive environment.
The space includes a climbing wall, kombucha and beer taps, lots of coffee, and was intended to have all the energy and excitement to keep up with the team.

Nexus purchased a two-story building in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. ZPM provided the mangement of the full build-out to create a new HQ office on the 2nd floor and renovations to the tenant spaces on the 1st floor.
The new office space included a conference room, break room, two pit floors, interview offices, and reception area. In addition, ZPM mananaged the 1st floor tenant's renovation while replacing a difficult mechanical and electrical system, as well as structural issues.
The construction process spanned over 14 weeks and was completed at a construction value of $1,000,000.
