CREDA Global Fall Conference 2026 - Boulder Showcase: The Innovation Capital of the Rockies
Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Global Fall Conference took place in Denver October 5 to 7, 2026. The three-day event featured a brand-new format divided into four targeted industry tracks: Industrial, Mixed-Use/Office, Multifamily, and Tech.
Notable highlights from the week included Geopolitical strategist Peter Zeihan spoke about the critical need to expand the U.S. industrial base (citing power grids as the primary bottleneck rather than land), and Fenway Sports Group's Theo Epstein led the lunch keynote. Attendees explored major regional development landscapes, including walking tours of RiNo (River North Art District), Cherry Creek, and Boulder.
The Boulder tour, "Boulder Showcase: The Innovation Capital of the Rockies was led by Zanone Project Mangement's President Joe Zanone; Matthew Ball, Principal, Colliers International; and Karla Brown, President, The Colorado Group.
