A new regional office for a patent attorney with high-end specialty finishes including Interlam Screens and custom designed doors with “quark” recesses installed.

Coordination with existing slab deflections was made to minimize impact to the quality of the finished product. Very tight coordination with delivery as the building upgrades their freight elevator access which required scheduling all deliveries well in advance.
